These appointments are ideal for established clients who are doing well and wish to maintain progress through periodic support, as well as individuals seeking a supportive space to check in and care for their mental health without engaging in ongoing, weekly therapy.
Comprehensive Therapy (50-60 minutes)

Psychological Testing and Assessment
Psychological Testing and Assessment services involve the use of standardized assessment instruments, clinical interviews, and structured evaluation methods to examine cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and psychological functioning. Independent Medical Exams (IMEs) are objective, comprehensive evaluations conducted for the purpose of answering specific medical, psychological, or legal questions. Services may include Compensation & examinations, nexus letters, forensic evaluations, and stand-alone diagnostic testing. IMEs are based on thorough record review, clinical interviews, and standardized assessment methods, and are conducted with professional independence and impartiality.
Oncology Therapy provides compassionate, specialized psychological support for individuals navigating cancer diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, or end-of-life concerns. As a psychologist and a two-time breast cancer survivor, Dr. A.B. brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to this work. Her personal journey has deepened her passion for supporting others as they process the emotional, physical, and existential impact of cancer.
Mental Wellness on Wheels is a purpose-driven mobile service designed to increase access to psychological care by meeting individuals where they are. Services may be provided through home visits, in-office consultations, or other approved settings based on clinical need and appropriateness. This flexible care model supports individuals who experience barriers to traditional office-based services while maintaining the same clinical integrity, professionalism, and commitment to purpose that define Pathway 2 Purpose.
Availability of services is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure ethical, clinical, and
safety considerations are met.
Purpose-Driven Consulting & Professional Development
Coaching and Mentoring services support individuals seeking clarity, growth, and direction in their personal or professional lives. Through a purpose-centered and collaborative approach,
these services focus on goal setting, self-reflection, skill development, and navigating life or career transitions. Coaching and mentoring are designed to empower individuals to identify their strengths, align with their values, and move forward intentionally along their pathway to
purpose.
Coaching and mentoring services are non-therapeutic and do not replace mental
health treatment.
Mental Health Training & Workshops
Mental Health Trainings and Workshops provide educational, engaging, and evidence-informed learning experiences for organizations, schools, and community groups. Offerings include, but are not limited to, mental health awareness trainings, cultural competency and diversity-informed education, stress management, burnout prevention, and wellness-focused programming.
